NET8CONFIGURE

Hellloo ,friends
I am very poor in configuration of net8.
I was installed oracle9ias with oracle8i ---m1
I have oracle9idatabase ---(host m2,port 1521 and sid miracle).

So i like to configre oracle portal and connected to M2.
Plss any one help me and send me configuration file.

once after configuring your tnsnames.ora file normally found under ORACLE_HOME/network/admin go and create a DAD for the user and then you can proceed to connect to the database unser the dad user name from the portal
