Sending an E-Mail in Trigger

Hi,

I have successfully created “before delete” trigger on a table.
Now I need to integrate program in trigger such as,
whenever trigger fires on delete event, the program should
send a mail automatically to specified E-mail ID saying xxxx
record has deleted.

Can any one help me.
