    Hi,

How do I find all the bugs related to a specific version and whether it is fixed or not?

    Thanks for any help.

In Metalink. You can do a search by product, platform, version or keywords.

    Hi,

I searched in Metalink. But I don't think it lists me all the bugs.

Did you use the BUG search feature? I have used it before and found it quite helpful.

    Hi,

    I used that only.
    For Ex:

I searched for 9.0.1 for Windows NT and it gave me only 17 bugs.

But one of my friend said there are more than 50 bugs in 9.0.1.
So, how do I find out?

I think that is the best we can know Officially from Oracle..

But one of my friend said there are more than 50 bugs in 9.0.1.
So, how do I find out?
You may ask your friend where did he find all those..

Remember, not all the bugs are applicable to your environment. Some of the bugs do depend on the application that you run. Some time, it wouldn't be a necessary to even apply to the environment, other than the major patchset releases. I would suggest that you open a tar with oracle to see what are the bugs that are applicable to your shop. As many might know, some of the patches are not downloadable, you would require special passwords. On this respect, I really appreciate oracles work

    Hi,

Actually, you can find Open Bugs from Each Product's README Release Notes. For details, pls refer to metalink DocID: 149016.1
