There are two books available in the market and I'm using both of them for my Upgrade exam with STS.
1. Certification Guide by Jason Couchman for 9i upgrade exam
2. 9i New Features by Freeman
Looks to me both are very good specially couchman's book is written for upgrade exam. You can buy them from amazon.com.
