I have not done it, but if you are using UNDO tablespaces and/or LOGMINER, you may be able to rollback. At least, you are supposed to be able in 9i if you have set up beforehand for it (based on what I was taught in class).

I may not be able to help beyond that, but at least I can point you in a direction.

You could usetablespace-point-in-time recovery - you're probably best to refer to the Oracle documentation for details on how to do it because its pretty complex.

    table recovery

Do you have any backups of this database. (e.g. export, or cold) If you do is there an additional server, maybe a test server you could use to recover this backup to and extract the necessary table information.

Now you dont have any backups (incl export). Also you don't have any archive logs. This means that all your dml for that table is in the redo logs. What you can do is :-

    1. Switch your logfiles so that you get your archive logs.
    2. Clone your database
    3. Recover your database just before you dropped your table.
    4. Take an export and import it back into your production db.

    Hope that helps.
