    Hi,
    i'm getting one error message saying
    "TABLE SYS.UET$ IS MUTATING, TRIGGER/FUNCTION MAY NOT SEE IT".
    While updating a table this message appears.
    plz. suggest me regarding this one.

    Do you have any triggers on your table and on SYS.UET$?

    yes there are triggers.
    it's giving ORA-04091 error.
    It's oracle 8.0.5 on SCO-UNIX platform.
