    How can I uninstall Oracle completely?

    Use universal installer on Oracle CD

    On NT, use the Oracle cd and select uninstall and all the components. This still leaves entries in the NT registry. Then you need to delete the Oracle entry from the registry on NT. Check this site, I believe I have seen this explained in more detail here.

    On unix, run the uninstaller... then use the ol trusty...

    cd $ORACLE_HOME

    cd ../../../

    rm -rf oracle



    OCP 8i, 9i DBA
    Brisbane Australia
