    Hi:

    What is the easiest way to migrate a stored procedure from my development instance to the Test, QA and Production instances?

    Thanks,

    Una.

    Lightbulb Script

    Hi,

    on http://www.dba-village.com is a script which you can download
    that you can use to transfer your procedures.

    Good luck.

    As i mentioned before.

    Look in dba_source or in user_source
    The column text is the code of your procedure.

    So you should write something like this

    select text from user_source
    where type = 'PROCEDURE'
    and name = "Name of the procedure"
    order by text;

    well that is totally inacceptable, your developers should keep copies of SQL scripts to build the procedures
