ILT documentation you posses should be right on the money as far following the guidelines of the exams.

To find you the contents of the the asosciated exams. Go to.

    http://www.oracle.com/education/cert...l?content.html

You should also download the practice exams, also located at.

    http://www.oracle.com/education/cert....html?sts.html

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers

I will suggest DBA Certification Exam Guide Oracle 8i by JS couchman, U Schwinn (McGraw Hill).
I have passed 4 exams in the first attempt and shortly appearing for the last.
I have no ILT material even!

I also think that Couchman's book is enough if you have Oracle exp. If not, attend the ILT courses at Oracle University or at least try to obtain the materials from somewhere.

I found the book OCP Oracle8i Architecture & Administration and Backup & Recovery Study Guide by Doug Stuns and Biju Thomas (Sybex) very helpful in addition to the the book by JS Couchman.

If you can get STS as well, that should be enough with ILT to pass all 5 exams.

    Lightbulb

I never cared for the Couchman book personally. I uses the STS and and Oracle ILT material in addition to the cramsessions found on cramsession.com as a distilled fact sheet. I also installed Oracle8 at home as a practice tool. The combination of those three things were what worked for me.
