Could someone brief me on what do
the columns 'WAITS' and 'GETS' from the view
v$rollstat mean.

Hi,

Waits - Number of rollback header requests that resulted in a waits

Gets - Number of rollback segment header requests that resulted in a hit.

The ratio of gets to waits should be high if not create more rollback segments
