Tuning Problem

Hi friends
Oracle installed on win2000, clients also win2000 I wanna tune the server and clients too bcoz database run slow both server and client side, server configrution is 128Mb RAM and clients are 64Mb, and DB_BLOCK_SIZE = 2K.

PLEASE SEND ME SOME SUGGETIONS, HOW I CAN TUNE THE SYSTEM BCOZ I AM NEW DBA IN THIS COMPANY
AND I WANNA ACHIEVE MY TARGET OF TUNING WITH THE HELP OF YOU FRIENDS.
