What is the easiest way to import a complete SQL server 7.0 dB into a Oracle 8.0.5 environment?

Is that apart of the Oracle 8.0.5 package? I have never heard of that before.

    Gateway

I just looked it up. To purchase a tranparent gateway , you'd have to pay $15,000 USD. Come on, there must be a way to convert SQL to Oracle cheaper then that. What about importing the SQL into access and then from access to Oracle?

You could use SqlServer's DTS - Data Transformation Service to do that. I have done that several times successfully.
