Oracle Licence

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can help me, I have been asked to find out the cost of Licence's for an Oracle installation, not knowing anything about Oracle I am having problems knowing where to start.

We will be using Oracle Standard Edition hosted on a dual processor server, this will be linked to a local intranet which will be accessed by about 12 users inside the building and about 2000 users from outside. I apolgise for the lack of information but would be grateful for any assistance that can be offered.
