That is an example of a lazy question. Try looking at Oracle's web site.Quote:

I am very greatful for the user participation in this site.
I have access to Oracle Subject Matter Experts on demand, never have I waited for more than a few hours to get a value added response, even on the weekends or off hours. Quite often I can a real world spin on my methodologies not which is not available from an "analyst" at Oracle support.
We pay well in excess of $100,000 for Oracle maintenance and support
and in fact I used to work in Oracle Support. Do we get our money's worth? I guess... but asking a question like how do I tie my shoes gets you a sev 4 and a response maybe in a day. After 5pm or on the weekend? forget about it.
If you are not paying for Oracle support well I guess you get what you pay for. If you feel you need on demand support I believe it is available at $125 per incident from Oracle.
Ok I'm done, I need a cigrateet, who do I bill this hour to?

Minhaz,
Primarily dbasuppor.com web site is for DBAs who can share thier knowledge and experience, and answer DBA related questions (back end server). Oracle FORMS and REPORTS are for developers. It does not mean that all the DBAs know FORMS and REPORTS. For example, I used FORMS and REPORTS from 1991 to 1999. After that I did not use it. More over, the modern development move towards web based applications (JAVA, ASP etc), so many people (DBAs) forget about the FORMS and REPORTS knowledge. That may be reason your questions might not be answered by any one of senior guys.
Moreover, this is a free site. Nobody is obligued to answer your question. If others would have known the answer, they could post it immediatley. As others said, Whenever we are free we try to answer others' questions. We are not paid for the free service.
If you have a service contract with Oracle Corpn, you are very well in a position to demand the answer. In this site, you can't.
Today world is becoming very small. You can get your answer very quickly if you would have searched in the site where developers participate, unfortunately dbasupport is for mainly for DBAs.
Good Luck.
Thanks
