May I know why It cant run on 5.3 dear?:confused:
I tried to use the -Ingore flag
But when the installer started creating the database, It throws up the following error:
ORA-19624 : OPERATION FAILED
ORA-19587 : ERROR OCCURED READING 0 BYTES BLOCK
ORA-27091 : UNABLE TO QUEUE I/O
ORA-27067: SIZE OF I/O BUFFER IS INVALID
Please help........

Ouch! that hurts, is that true dear:confused: since when did oracle mandated everyone to pay maintenance? Is it true with Windoz OS too? Don't you think it is a violation of human rights. Anyway I will remind again my boss busaboss to get maintenance coz i really need to access metalink a lot :) But shes too busy and a lil hard-headed :( . I'm afraid she will pinned me to jail instead of her being the approving officer in case of legal litigation and compromission.
