When doing FULL import on 10g, how to ignore user SYSMAN?

Thanks for all your input, but I have tried datapump.

As the dump file was created using the exp command, and although both databases are 10g, when using datapump, I have to select the option 'Prior to 10g' on "Database Version of Files to Import", otherwise datapump can't read the dump file, and unfortunately this selection doesn't have the 'EXCLUDE' option.

This is pure insanity
Either you import fromuser/touser or you can't do it.
