No, and this is the part I can't figure out. It happens when there is only one user connecting to the database and the database is running on a very powerful server.

I did, in fact I tried most of the restarting acts that you can imagine for Windows environment and nothing seems to help.
Hi pytao, have you solved the problem. I have the same problem as you with an asp.net application.
These problems occurs with lot of user are using the application(> than 20)
