Oh yes, I do. The thing that would irk me to no end though is to see them yapping on a cell phone. Please allow me to change it to a blind merge. To me, someone yapping on a cell phone has an excuse. Those blind merges that are truely a thing of beauty are the ones where there is no excuse, just move up then, in. Oh, I can't stand the ones who try to be all artsy about it. Here is a tip, if you THINK you are one of the people that can use a cell phone while driving unaffected, you are one of those morons.
My opinion is that they should be pulled over, bitchslapped and sent on there merry way. Repeat offenders should just be shot.
Between cell phones, dvd players, hot tubs, driving is no longer a priority.
