at cost of $99/each paper.
you can buy it from http://www.stsware.com

Exam cram also available for each paper now a days
and it is also good source to refer before taking the exam.
Off course YES, you can passed it without any experience!!!
You need to practice it well and make sure you understands
everything you read.
