1.create a local use by name sys.
2.Grant him the log on as batch job privileges.
3.Grant him the permissions and securities on 'C:\winnt\temp' folder and on 'E:' folder.
4.Execute the job.

The file does reside in the PC which runs OEM but the PC where the Database begin exported it was missing. Once i created an empty file called null.tcl it worked like a jiffy. Its pakka now. Thankyou so much.Quote:

Do you have a NULL.TCL file in %ORACLE_HOME%\network\agent\tcl
If not simply create an empty file of that name and retry.
