Have you thought about upgrading to 9iSR2? Also with the amount of memeory you claim to have you can afford to oversize almost evey parameter. And with the unused CPU's you can run SETI. The search for intelligent life may finally succeed. By the way how much is the licensing on a 16 processor box? :D :D

Hmmm I once mentioned to run SETI on my servers, but I got my *ss kicked here because of it.
And if you have to run such a program, run the software at www.ud.com. It tries to find a cure for cancer and anthrax and so on. We can't wait for E.T. to return... ;)
