Any tools to convert sql server to ORacle?

I downloaded Oracle Migration Workbench, when I tried to install it using Oracle Universal Installer to install the software, and pick the product.jar and I got the following errors:

the Oracle Migration Workbench 9.2.0.1 has not been installed in this Oracle Home. the Oracle Migration Workbench is a pre-requisite and must be installed before any plug in can be added.


I don't understand this b/c I am trying to install the software. could any body give me some explanation why ????

what do you mean default install??? you don't have any option besidde using ORacle Universal Installer to install Oracle Migration workbench.

Please let me know what you mean by default install????
