Error Starting Oracle Management Server

I am trying to start OMS and get the following error:
Error starting Oracle Management Server. ORBSingleton: access denied


I am running 8.1.5 on Solaris.

Hi,
Run the command at the dos prompt....

omsctrl start oms

and then login to Oracle management Server by sys.In case of any doubts please be free to write to me at [email protected]

One correction to Rohitsn's posting. it is

oemctrl start oms


not
omsctrl start oms
