ILT and STS?

I have been reading everyone's comments on passing the certification and they mention ILT and STS. What does that stand for??

ILT - Instructor Led Training, a programme conducted by Oracle Education Partners.

STS - Self Test Software, a simulated s/w to prepare u for the sylvan prometric exams.
