Trying to get into DBA - Need to interview 3 people

Hi, I am trying to find 3 people who I can interview either by phone or email.
Here are the questions, they're quite basic:

1. What is your background (education, experience, training, certifications,
or licenses).

2. (Me: I have a Bachelor's in IT and have Document Control skills but want to
break into Database Admin.) With my background what training would I need for this job?

3. If I need experience, how can I gain experience in this field?

4. Do you think I will be able to get a job in this field?

I need names, company you work for and job title.
