    trying to create database from dos shell

    hello everyone i'm a 1yr into oracle and currently i am trying to create a database dos shell. everything has gone fine until i try to execute the "create database" command. this is the error that i get:

    ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

    control files, log files and some db files were created i have no i idea what i did wrong. please help i can provide more info if needed

    you will need to look at the alert log
