    Oracle and Crystal reports

When we connect to the databases using Crystal reports or any other non oracle specific tool, there are hundreds of tables named BIN$/uyewyiuoycvds8cyweee9998==$0 or similar
Is there anything that can be done to hide/delete these and what are they?

they are recycle bin objects - purge the recycle bin if you want to get rid of them
