Error ORA-1650 in Alert File.....????? Pleaes Help

I am getting the folowing error in my Alert File.

ORA-1650: unable to extend rollback segment RB3 by 32 in tablespace RBS

Failure to extend rollback segment 6 because of 1650 condition
FULL status of rollback segment 6 set.
FULL status of rollback segment 6 cleared.

what should I do...

here are More Details about my Rollback segments.

Tablespace RBS 55 MB
Initial = 1MB
Next 1MB

maximun Nos of Extents = unlimited

6 equally sized rollback segments

Initial 256 KB
Next = 256 KB
Optimal: 512 KB

Ur datafite for rollback segments hasn't autoexetent options.
All space in this file done.
Rollback segment #6 can't allocate next extent.
