Rio is right! Comapre to US$125 for exam it is okay. When you hired as Oracle DBA, you'll get reward of it.
Also mind that STS is for testing your strength and weakness on each topics it covered so you can find in which area you need to work on. Practice and understand before you go for exam. I used book from Jason Couchman and exam cram (which is purely exam oriented).
