    Hi

    Oracle has Alter System command through which an administrator can modify all logged-in session's parameters.
    Oracle has Alter Session command through which one can modify one's own session's parameters.

    Is there is a way in through which an administrator can modify any particular session's parameters (apart from his/her own session) ?
    Why has this option not been provided ?

    AFAIK you cant alter session other than yours.
    Why has this option not been provided ?
    Only Oracle knows... It may be a good suggestion for Oracle to include this feature in the future release
