ODBC Problem -

I'm having Oracle 8.1.6 server. Oracle Client 8.1.6 works fine with this when installed on any client machine but when i try to connect it thro' microsoft data link using any dsn it gives error. hence, i cannot connect thro' any frontend. I've tried 8.1.5 , 7.3 but still the problem is unresolvable. sometimes it works on 7.3 ( few machines ). i'm having win95 nodes and nt server

while using Oracle ODBC driver gives error -

Microsoft Data Link Error - Test connection failed because error in initializing provider. Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 ( Oracle ODBC Driver )


while using Miscrosoft ODBC for Oracle gives error -

OCI.dll one of the library could not be found. Test connection failed.

Can any one tell me whats happening
