hello friends,

i have two environments oracle_home=8.1.7,oracle_sid=prod and the other being oracle_home=8.0.6, two_task=PROD

if i connect / as sysdba on 8.1.7 env, it connects
but it doesnt connect in 8.0.6

whats the problem?
