Defeating Pakistan 3 times doesnt mean there wont be any more wars. As long as there is any threats of war the environment wont be conducive for business and IT to flourish. More over the ignition of the current stand-off is the root of terriorism and as long as a nation is dragged into such "war" no businessman in right mind will even risk into investment of infrastructure no matter how good the indian might be in their English language proficiency..etc. And speaking of IT infrastracture u heard of MNCs like CISCO,HP,NOKIA,SIEMEN,ERICSSON,NTT DOCOMO,MICROSOFT..etc committing huge investments in CHina but u heard little or none for India....actions speak louder my friend.

As opposed to what u suggested...India is infact is playing the secondary role to CHina.

Having said all these, I would like to make it clear that I have no biaised against India, merely stating and speaking facts.
