So at this point it looks like your database instance is down. Now startup and mount the database using the server manager. Then take the tablespace offline immediate. Then issue the alter database datafile ... offline drop; Then issue alter database open...

There had been a number of thread discussion on this isssue. So my advise is to use the search forms option to view all those related threads.
