Thread: create db for internet directory

    Does anyone know of a way to manually create a database to be used with OID without having to go through the installer?

    Create a DB and then run the following script to create the OID objects:

    $ORACLE_HOME/ldap/admin/ldapbld.sh

    Please take a look at the above script - you will have to create some objects, e.g. "olts_default" and "olts_temp" tablespaces before running the script.
