ILT = Instructor Led Training this refers to the classes given by Oracle. At those classes they hand out books, thus you have ILT books. About 95% of the OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) test questions come from these books.

STS = Self Test Software, this is a company that sells sample tests for all of the Oracle (and other) OCP tests. They are great practice tools and in my opinion should be considered mandatory for thoses seeking OCP. They do have a website somewhere

Dumps = I'm not too sure on this one, you can go to cramsession.com and download their "cramsessions" which are basically a distilled fact sheet to use as a study guide. They basically cram a whole books worth of data into 20 pages or so.
