Execute this script at sql or check this file from the respective folder before executing and give the path as per your system folder loc.

1)D:\Oracle\Ora81\oo4o\demobld7.sql (builds 14 tables)

(or)

3)D:\Oracle\Ora81\sqlplus\demo\demobld.sql (builds 5 tables)

So now you know which is better choice.
