Are u asking Oracle V$ tables or temporary tables in Oracle 8i.V_$tables are dynamic tables which Oracle creates for its system wide statistics.They are dynamic in nature as there contents are changed evrytime.On this views,Oracle creates views with the name v$
Also Oracle creates X$ base tables which contain important
statistics for Oracle to run.
