I had this problem earlier and fixed this problem.

Add one registry entry at NT side that

USE_SHARED_SOCKET = TRUE

This will take of firewall issues. This one I found one document in metalink that issues with firewall and WIN NT.
You can check this one using firewall as a keyword.
