What does error 18 creating virtual circuit mean

Hi Folks,

I'm running a my 8.1.6 on solaris 8, setted up with MTS. I'm getting a dispatcher dump trace saying

error 18 creating virtual circuit

Does any one in the past had come accross this problem. If so what is the fix for it?

Here comes the answer to this question. It stands for ORA-18, running out of sessions. Solution , just increase the session. By default the session= (1.1*process).
