This was a bug fixed in 10.2.0.1 then 'duplicated' in 10.2.0.4.

Bug 10132807: WRONG NUMBER OF 'OPENED CURSORS CURRENT' IN V$SESSTAT DESPITE USING RDBMS 10.2.0. This is still in development.
