SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization

To get better error reasons do this:

for data_file in `ls BBT_SHAW*.txt`; do
  sqlldr userid=dwh_user/dwh_user@dwh control=bbt_shaw1.ctl \
         data=$data_file log=LOG_$data_file
done

and examine the LOG_$data_file log file.
