OK, I re-installed OEM and am still getting the same errors in the files.
Do you mean you re-installed em-agent.

if you have installed agent on new host then i guess you also need to re-discover the target db and listener.

can you paste o/p of
emctl status agent
emctl upload

if "emctl upload" fails then your agent has some issues.
