OK, I re-installed OEM and am still getting the same errors in the files. However I can get to the OEM webpage and it just says everything is down even though it is up. I clicked on the recovery link and put in the host credentials it says:
The database is currently OPEN. However, EM cannot connect to the database due to the above error. Please fix the above error and try again. the above error is:
Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection


is this something my UNIX admins need to look at?
