you have to restore your backup in another directory or another machine (if same machine remember change ORACLE_SID), in other words clone the database, and apply recovery until the point before you drop the schema, then export the schema and import into your database (not the cloned database, the one needs the schema).
If you have recent exports of schema or whole database and yu dont mind losing some data then just import from your recent export
