1) DBA_LOGSTDBY_LOG dosent show movement in applied column,the current SCN dosent change for last 1 day.
2)v$logstdby_progress dosen't show movement in SCN.
3) all redo logs (from the primary) are getting accumulated.
4) Tried skipping transaction ... Msg ...no error to skip.
Tried starting .... logical standdby apply immediate.
THEN why no movement in SCN.
trace files shows ...
Cannot resolve kxidsqn for lcr:
THE TIMING "17:38" corresponds to the time when this command was executed on the primary(assuming it to be STDB...already aware of the mess...no wise comments please) "ALTER DATABASE stop logical standby apply"
