Hi, I am installing RAC 10g (ASM) and I configured all the required Parameters for ASM and able to connect the Own DB. But, the suddenly the system reboot happened and after that, I could not start the DB and the reason was...CRS not started. I tried to use localconfig reset...it did not work.

any advice.
