Depending on what you already know, you might find a class at your local community college. You can continue to experiment on your own, and get a few basic books. But spending thousands of dollars for a few days in a classroom seems like a bad investment.
If you can get a job working with Oracle in some capacity, i.e. get an employer to train you that would be the best option.
