Dear All,

1. Backup the database.
1a. Export the entire database.
2. Install the new CRS 10.2.0.1.0 and upgrade it to 10.2.0.3.0.
3. Create database using dbca which will be of version 10.2.0.3.0.
4. Import the full database.
