    Hi

    Whats the output of the following commands

    report obsolete;
    crosscheck backup;
    crosscheck copy;

    I asked arounf about this problem to friends and
    Here is what Niall Litchfeild asked me can you post answers to this questions too

    Is your ASM instance up and running ?
    is the FLASH disk group available within ASM
